Get back into shape at Fitness Central with a varied multi level programme of Fitness Classes and brand new Technogym. Our Technogym is the first gym in Carlisle to Incorporate the state of the art Wellness System which is the future of fitness!

Fitness Central is based at the two Richard Rose central Academy sites - Lismore Place and Edgehill Road, with the Technogym at Edgehill Road and Fitness Classes for all ages and abilities on both sites.
